Handsome Grayson | Clackamas Newborn Photography

Handsome Mr. Grayson is probably the fuzziest newborns I have ever seen. To top it off, it is thick and BLONDE. Combined with his squishy rolls and charming personality, P E R F E C T I O N.  He was pretty alert for a good part of our session but he wasn’t fussy, he just wanted to hang out and see everything. Eventually he did drift off to sleep and he was the perfect little poser.

I’ve known his mommy for quite some time and LOVED doing their Maternity photos just a short time ago. He has the sweetest parents possible and I love how they love each other. I don’t know them quite as well as I’d like to but I know they have have waited for this little guy for a while and they love him to the moon and back several times. I always love hanging out with this family!

Pretty Pretty Preslie | Clackamas Newborn Photographer

I think everyone that meets this pretty pretty princess must be smitten instantly. If her beautiful mama and big sisters are any indication, she won’t be growing out of it. I met her mama almost 2.5 years ago in my hospital room and again for a session months later with her two girls and now with her brand new third girl. She is a sweet friend and very blessed with a perfect little family. I feel very blessed to know her.

The Very Sleepy Caterpillar | Clackamas Baby Photographer

I met Mr. Atlas when he was still rollin’ around in his mommy’s belly. I arrived to photograph his epic birth right as he was starting to crown, just four hours after labor started.  His mommy, who happens to be my husband’s cousin, keeps telling me he is pretty particular about what he likes and doesn’t like but during our session he was a pretty mellow fellow. He even drifted off to sleep for a few sleepy shots. His mommy has great sense of style and brought in some awesome vintage family heirlooms (blankets and daddy’s baby saddle shoes) and the adorable Very Hungry Caterpillar costume made by a family friend. I’m excited to watch this little man grow and see where is personality takes him!

Henna Baby Bump | Clackamas Maternity Photography

This family probably looks really familiar if you have followed my Facebook page or blog for any length of time. Matt and Jessica’s was my first primary wedding photographer role. I captured the pregnancy, birth and first year+ of their first little guy. Now we are celebrating their second little man’s impending arrival.

Jessica had Henna (a special plant based paint) on her belly by Blooming Lotus Henna before her belly session and it should last until she delivers in about a month. I am so proud of this couple and I am so excited to see their family grow, I can’t wait to see sweet Jack love his baby brother!

Expecting A Surprise | Clackamas Maternity Photography

This sweet couple is expecting their first child and they are waiting to find out baby’s gender until he or she is born around the end of the month. I think that is pretty awesome and I am super duper excited to meet that little guy or gal in just a few weeks. I may be a little biased to that plan since a little over ten years ago I was doing the same thing. Really though, I am so happy to have met them and blessed to be a tiny part of these memories as they start their family.
